Prior to the Centroid M400 CNC retrofit, this machine was equipped with a Tosnuc CNC. The Controller was usable, but, never ran correctly.  The control cabinet was a floor mount that held the old Tosnuc cnc.

We removed the old drive cabinet and built a new electrical panel for the new floor mount cabinet where the new Yaskawa servo drives, new Centroid motion and I/O cards, and the new Bardac spindle drive were also installed.We repurposed the old swing beam and the new operator console mounted on it.  That freed up space around the machine. Wiring was labeled and documented in the new electrical diagrams.  Now the customer has a machine that runs and is serviceable by any qualified technician.  Value added.
